• Long-Term Recovery: Once immediate needs are met, we work on rebuilding infrastructure, such as homes, schools, and healthcare centers, to help communities return to normalcy.
• Disaster Preparedness Training: We offer training on disaster preparedness and response, helping communities build resilience and reduce the impact of future crises.
• Psychosocial Support: We also offer mental health services and trauma support to individuals affected by conflict, displacement, or natural disasters.
An established educator, Shubha has run integrated education programs for children for overtwo decades. She is passionate about designing curricular programs for children to stimulatephysical, motor, emotional, social and spiritual development. Shubha is also a trained therapist in emotional wellness, inner child work and art therapy. She holds a Masters in Sericulture, a Fellowship at MIT, a Diploma in Teaching Practices from Srishti Art and Design College, and training in Advanced Vedic Mathematics from Vedicmath Academy, UK
An entrepreneur by profession and a social worker at heart, Srinivasa serves as a Managing Trustee for a number of social sector organisations. Always ready to serve the needy, hehas supported several community development initiatives across Karnataka. During theCOVID-19 pandemic, he initiated multiple activities to ensure continued education, betterhygiene and survival of the needy through meeting their basic needs. A Science graduatehimself, he founded Blooms Academy in the Chikkaballapur district to provide qualityeducation to rural poor children.
